Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations role is integral to our Investor Relations team, focusing on research, presentation, and analytical tasks. This position operates within a fast-paced environment where essential finance skills, effective communication, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail are vital for success.

Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to all facets of The Judge Group's investor relations strategies, objectives, and key results while collaborating closely with senior management across the organization.
2. Analyze business data sets and financial statements to derive insights.
3. Research and monitor trends within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and peer performance, potentially extending to key suppliers, retailers, and related sectors.
4. Compile and prepare comprehensive company analyses for reporting to senior management, including summaries of relevant quarterly earnings reports.
5. Assist in the creation of written materials and support the development of discussion and presentation documents, including memos, meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel analyses.
6. Aid the Investor Relations team in preparing key quarterly earnings materials, such as earnings presentations, prepared remarks, Q&A documents, shareholder letters, annual reports, and marketing decks.
7. Maintain the corporate Investor Relations website, collaborating with vendors as necessary.
8. Manage analyst consensus models, ensuring timely updates in collaboration with vendors.
9. Oversee event management, including logistics for quarterly earnings calls and planning for events such as non-deal roadshows and Investor Days.
10. Attend earnings preparation meetings and buy-side/sell-side calls or meetings as requested, capturing detailed notes and managing follow-ups.
11. Support various ad hoc administrative or strategic projects as needed.
12. Serve as the central point of contact for vendor and purchase order management, as well as the Investor Relations budgeting process.
13. Manage the distribution of quarterly dividend payment vouchers and update peer slides for Board of Directors materials.

Qualifications
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in a public company FP&A or external reporting role.
- Prior experience in Investor Relations is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics is required.
