Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and distributing consolidated and divisional financial statements. This role will also support the Manager in all phases of finance, including budgeting, general accounting, grants management, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Support the Manager in budgeting, general accounting, grants management, and special projects
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Intermediate level spreadsheet skills; experience with accounting software
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary to meet established deadlines

Education Requirements

  • BS in Accounting (BS in Finance is acceptable only if candidate has completed Intermediate Accounting I & II)
