Position: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • LEADERSHIP: Inspire and mentor your team to cultivate a fantastic workplace.
  • QUALITY + SAFETY: Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Deliver high-quality, welcoming, and efficient service to guests.
  • TEAM MANAGEMENT: Oversee Assistant Team Leaders, Captains, Kitchen Managers, and Team Members in their roles.
  • SHIFT LEADERSHIP: Independently manage shifts.
  • OPERATIONS: Ensure proper opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
  • FOOD PREP: Assist Captains and Kitchen Managers in daily food preparation oversight.
  • WEEKLY MAINTENANCE: Support weekly cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • FINANCIAL ACUMEN: Achieve targets for COGS, labor, and profitability.
  • TRAINING: Provide training for Team Members as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as required.
  • REPORT TO: Director of Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Positive, professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor with proven leadership skills.
  • Exceptional proficiency in all kitchen stations.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • High reliability and commitment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided).
  • Enthusiasm for fostering a safe, clean, and enjoyable workplace.
