Key Responsibilities:

  • LEADERSHIP: Inspire and mentor your team to cultivate a positive work environment.
  • QUALITY + SAFETY: Maintain food quality, ensure clean and sanitary workspaces, prioritize team and guest safety, and comply with health protocols.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Deliver high-quality, welcoming, and efficient service to our guests.
  • TEAM MANAGEMENT: Oversee and guide Assistant Team Leaders, Captains, Kitchen Managers, and Team Members in their duties.
  • SHIFT LEADERSHIP: Independently manage shifts.
  • OPERATIONS: Ensure proper opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
  • FOOD PREPARATION: Assist Captains and Kitchen Managers in daily food preparation oversight.
  • WEEKLY MAINTENANCE: Support Captains and Kitchen Managers in weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Meet targets for cost of goods sold, labor, and profitability.
  • TRAINING: Provide training to Team Members on station procedures as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • REPORT TO: Director of Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Dependable, professional, and friendly demeanor with proven leadership skills.
  • Exceptional proficiency in all kitchen stations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Unwavering reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Able to remain on your feet throughout shifts and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but not mandatory (training will be provided).
  • Enthusiasm for creating a safe, clean, enjoyable, and rewarding workplace.
