Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven experience in food service, ideally within a higher education or industrial context.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred:

  • At least two years of experience managing hourly staff.
  • Experience with unionized workforce.
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • ServSafe certification.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $32 to $38, reflecting the responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
