About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Dunkin'. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our restaurant, including coaching and developing our crew members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Environment: Communicate effectively with team members, provide feedback, and recognize achievements in a respectful manner. Deploy team members appropriately to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout the shift.
