COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

As an Operations Manager at Lambert Plumbing and Heating, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, along with performance bonuses. ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE?

In this role, you will enjoy a favorable work-life balance with a schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM, including a one-hour break to recharge.

Your day will begin with overseeing and supporting field service technicians and customer service representatives, ensuring their activities align with our organizational objectives. Throughout the day, you will assist technicians with larger project estimates, applying your expertise to guarantee precision and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with ownership, providing valuable insights to propel our business forward. You will excel in addressing complex customer issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills and dedication to outstanding service. If you meet the following qualifications, you may be an ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Valid driver's license
  • Certification in EPA 608 and OSHA 10

While not mandatory, we highly value candidates with over 10 years of experience in the trade, customer service expertise, and leadership experience.
