Job Summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a highly skilled Claims Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Recovery Specialist, you will play a critical role in recovering losses for our clients by identifying and pursuing liable third parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and secure claim information from liable third parties to facilitate subrogation recovery
  • Conduct online research to locate at-fault parties and obtain necessary claim information
  • Communicate with insurance carriers, agents, and at-fault parties to resolve claims and recover losses
  • Properly document claims and manage claim workflow to provide visibility and understanding of the process
  • Manage and review police reports as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • College degree and 1+ year of business professional phone experience or 3+ years of business professional phone experience and administrative experience required
  • Previous Subrogation/claims processing or Recovery background preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) knowledge
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and exhibit conflict management skills
  • Ability to navigate approved internet sites to research needed information
