Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to ensure exceptional customer service in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by exemplifying superior service standards; this includes greeting every customer, answering inquiries promptly, and maintaining high cleanliness and product quality standards.
- Process customer transactions accurately while safeguarding sensitive payment information.
- Maintain optimal stock levels in display cases and storage areas; ensure product quality and prepare sample trays for customers.
- Assist with inventory management by preparing packaging materials.
- Perform continuous cleaning tasks, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces; adhere to a weekly cleaning schedule during slower periods.
- Bake products as inventory levels require, ensuring consistent quality through proper baking techniques.
- Document all baked goods accurately and complete cleaning tasks as necessary.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, with the understanding that duties may evolve over time.

Qualifications
- Ability to cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Proficient in presenting information and addressing inquiries from customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage various administrative tasks effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with standard software applications and office equipment.

Work Environment
This position operates in a climate-controlled retail setting with occasional exposure to colder environments. Appropriate gear will be provided as needed.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include:
- Regular communication with customers and team members.
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Visual acuity for close and distant tasks.
- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as required.
