Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for targeting plumbers and establishing relationships with plumbing contractors to promote our water damage restoration services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target plumbers and establish relationships with plumbing contractors to promote our water damage restoration services.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close deals.
  • Communicate with plumbers, assess their needs, and present solutions to them.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with an appreciation for structured and standard operating procedures.
  • Plan and organize presentations, networking luncheons, and events.
  • Travel to sales areas to develop new relationships and sales leads.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and offer incentives for referrals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and regulations and share the information with plumbing contractors.

Requirements

  • Sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
  • Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the US.
  • Must pass background check and drug screen.
  • Organizing and planning skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $35k-$40k yearly, with potential to earn a competitive annual income of $50k to $100k or more. We also offer health, vision, dental, and Aflac benefits, paid time off, a company vehicle, fuel card, and required monies for events.
