We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at PetSmart. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety of people and pets, customer experience, services, pet care operations, and total loss within all areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Integrity and Pet Care Operations: Ensure pets in our care are safe and healthy, and maintain store standards by following company policies and procedures.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Optimize sales through merchandise strategies, manage inventory with audits and trend analysis, and operate POS systems accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • People Leadership: Guide sales associates in merchandise handling and product knowledge, foster their development through recognition, training, and coaching, and lead and direct hourly associates during leadership duties.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.
