Position Overview

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office and facilitating effective communication across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic administrative and project management assistance.
  • Manage and prioritize emails and calendars efficiently.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings seamlessly.
  • Draft and oversee correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Facilitate eSignature processes and ensure timely completion.
  • Handle procurement and manage orders effectively.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations while maintaining expense reports accurately.
  • Organize and execute team events and off-site activities.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks related to Human Resources and Bookkeeping.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Recent experience as an executive assistant supporting high-level executives.
  • Essential: Proven experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Essential: Proficiency in Google G-Suite applications.
  • Essential: A positive, adaptable mindset in dynamic settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Outlook, Slack, Asana, and other project management software.
  • Understanding of EOS operating systems.
