Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and oversee the strategic vision for the organization's information technology systems.
  • Design and maintain the technological framework, encompassing organizational information systems, IT support, software applications, and more.
  • Oversee the enterprise architecture and the deployment of a contemporary data infrastructure.
  • Work in partnership with all departments to guarantee the smooth integration of IT services and solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate professional services such as systems analysis, design, feasibility assessments, and the programming of information, communication, and office automation systems.
  • Manage the execution of the organization's technology initiatives, including project management, resource allocation, budget oversight, and successful delivery.
  • Formulate IT policies that align with departmental and organizational objectives; guide and develop team members and departmental projects.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to sustain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical capacity, with a strong preference for candidates with substantial leadership experience.

  • Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and make informed, high-level decisions.
  • Expertise in software development and data management.
