Position Summary:

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Senior Account Manager to spearhead the formation and expansion of a new business unit dedicated to e-commerce solutions. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in e-commerce, account management, project oversight, sales, and consulting within the e-commerce sector. An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to cultivate and enhance a thriving business unit are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategies aimed at fostering business growth and increasing revenue within the e-commerce solutions domain.
  • Oversee and cultivate client relationships, acting as the primary liaison for significant accounts.
  • Lead project management initiatives to guarantee the effective deployment of e-commerce solutions.
  • Champion sales strategies and collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue objectives.
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients regarding e-commerce best practices and strategic approaches.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver superior solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, account management, project oversight, sales, and consulting within the e-commerce landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to building and scaling business units.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and e-commerce tools such as Shopify Plus, Commerce Tools, or Shopware.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems like Canto, PIMCORE, or Bynder.
  • Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) systems such as Akeneo, Salsify, Sales Layer, or Pimcore.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Preference for candidates located on the East Coast.
