  • Engage in the analysis, design, and deployment of eCommerce solutions utilizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of eCommerce to inform solution architecture.
  • Oversee the collection of requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and facilitate client discovery sessions.
  • Draft comprehensive requirement and functional specifications, create use case diagrams, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Direct testing initiatives and execute test scripts and scenarios effectively.
  • Produce training materials and lead training workshops.
  • Foster client relationships and establish trust with sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in requirements gathering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in full lifecycle implementation using various SDLC methodologies.
  • 1+ year of experience in implementing eCommerce applications, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in project management or team leadership roles.
  • Consulting experience demonstrating responsibility, creativity, and innovation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce technologies such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, Oracle Commerce Cloud, and IBM Websphere Commerce.
  • Capability to lead meetings and articulate solutions clearly.
