Job Title: Senior Account Executive at TD Bank

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for leading a team dedicated to managing a commercial lending division. This role emphasizes the development and maintenance of a varied loan portfolio, addressing credit scenarios that range from moderate to significant complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 4 to 8 professionals
  • Manage a loan portfolio valued between 60 to 90 million
  • Independently cultivate and sustain commercial business
  • Engage in business development activities, achieving sales targets, and promoting cross-selling opportunities
  • Communicate credit determinations and negotiate terms of loans
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client issues
  • Generate new business through referral networks
  • Represent the commercial division at various events
  • Monitor the loan portfolio to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Safeguard the bank's assets through effective risk management strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Strong supervisory and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
