Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at The Investors Edge. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in turning warm leads into qualified appointments through calls, texts, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold 20+ conversations per day with warm leads to schedule and reschedule appointments
  • Follow a defined script for each interaction to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate CRM data entry for every conversation to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Make multiple follow-up contacts via calls, texts, and emails to ensure timely follow-through and maximize conversion rates
  • Handle 20 new leads per day while managing a pipeline of existing leads to ensure a steady flow of qualified appointments
  • Achieve 4+ hours of phone talk time daily to meet or exceed performance metrics
  • Set an average of 6.5 appointments per day to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a phone-heavy role, making 20+ calls per day with 4+ hours of talk time
  • Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs in a sales environment
  • Strong phone skills, with confidence and competence in answering questions and putting callers at ease
  • Ability to manage data accurately in a CRM system and make multiple follow-up contacts
  • Comfortable with VOIP phone systems and contact management software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
