Living Well Companion Care, a proud affiliate of Jewish Home, provides companionship and assistance that simplifies daily activities for our clients.
Services encompass non-medical, supportive assistance such as:
Errand running
Light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Safety and supervision
Light meal preparation
Grocery shopping
Laundry
Hospital to Home - we assist in ensuring a smooth transition home after hospital or rehabilitation stays.
GENERAL SCOPE:
We are in search of a motivated and dynamic Growth Initiatives Coordinator to lead our expansion efforts within the Greater Rochester area. This position emphasizes the identification and development of new business opportunities targeting the older adult demographic and retirement communities.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and marketing, ideally within the senior care or healthcare industry.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Results-driven with a history of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Director to formulate a business development strategy aimed at growing Companion Services, which includes:
Identifying target clients, referral sources, and potential strategic partnerships.
Creating and communicating annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans while working closely with internal marketing resources for implementation.
Conducting phone screenings, scheduling, and meeting with prospective clients and their families to evaluate their needs and establish care plans.
Maintaining personal connections with clients and business partners to keep them informed about the services offered by Living Well Companion Care and Jewish Senior Life, thereby aiding in business retention and growth.
Providing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and targets.Gaining proficiency in Living Well's tracking and contact management software.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Offering back-up office support as necessary.
Performing additional job duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
Proven track record of measurable results that drive positive revenue growth through effective processes and procedures.
A strong history of outreach and relationship building with local communities, corporate entities, and healthcare organizations, as well as support communities.
