About the Role

Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI) is seeking a visionary leader to fill the inaugural position of Chief Growth Officer. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CGO will be responsible for driving the development and execution of CCSI's integrated and long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of CCSI's growth strategy, inspiring collaboration across business areas and maturing the infrastructure that supports business development and customer relationship management practices.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to expand CCSI's reach and impact, fostering an environment that promotes sharing new ideas and making connections that add value across service lines and customers.
  • Oversee the creation of new services, revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and business models, leveraging strong business planning and execution skills to drive growth and innovation.
  • Develop and implement a rigorous process for vetting potential new business opportunities and advancing new pricing strategies that provide value to CCSI's customers.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a credible and influential advisor and partner to the CEO, executive team, and business area leaders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration, public health, healthcare administration, public administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in business development in the health/human services or related field.
  • Strong business planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive growth and innovation.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a credible and influential advisor and partner to the CEO, executive team, and business area leaders.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with the capacity to integrate data-driven outcomes into the business decision-making process.
  • Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to build strong teams across diverse departments and foster an environment that promotes sharing new ideas and making connections that add value across service lines and customers.
