Requirements:

Qualifications for a Human Resources Intern:

  • Education: Must be a college junior or above majoring in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to safely navigate the facility, including walking, pushing, reaching overhead, and bending.
  • Skills:
  • Self-starter with high energy and creativity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Confidentiality: Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in all HR matters.
