Job Summary

Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton seeks a seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead the organization's HR function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of promoting a positive organizational culture and building strong relationships with diverse levels of employees.

The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function. This includes ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and worker's compensation regulations, as well as maintaining health center provider credentials.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years' experience in Human Resources, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SPHR credential. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the leadership team and contributing to the overall strategy and planning of the organization. They will also be responsible for supervising the staff of the human resources department and maintaining all HR files and recordkeeping requirements.
