Human Resources Business Partner

Chewy is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Dayton, OH fulfillment center team.
This role is responsible for supervising and handling the Fulfillment Center Human Resources department.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will work closely with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests.
You will assist with training as needed, review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
Additionally, you will implement compensation plans supported by local market data, evaluate job levels to ensure compensation programs remain driven, and develop/update job descriptions, rules, procedures, and policies.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and ~5+ years of experience in an HR partnership role, ideally within a fulfillment or distribution center.
Strong employee relations background and proven track record of strategic partnerships are essential for success in this role.
This position may require travel.
