We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director to join our Cancer Immunology team at Revolution Medicines, a clinical-stage precision oncology company dedicated to developing novel targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance our RAS(ON) Inhibitors and RAS Companion Inhibitors through clinical development.
- Apply immuno-oncology expertise to identify novel antibody-directed combination strategies and support internal and external efforts to validate and prioritize these with preclinical proof of concept studies.
- Provide scientific input into clinical strategy for RVMD combination with antibody-directed therapy studies.
- Contribute to the development of a passionate, talented, and impactful team, working closely with the Head of Cancer Immunology.
- Represent Revolution Medicines at external events, including scientific conferences and investigator meetings.
- Ph.D. degree in immunology, cancer biology, or a related discipline, with a strong track record of excellence in tumor immunology and/or immunotherapy.
- 2-3 years of postdoctoral experience and at least 4 years of relevant industry experience in cancer drug discovery and translational research.
- Proven expertise in advancing preclinical and/or clinical evaluation of antibody-directed therapies, such as T cell engagers, ADCs, or Bispecific.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize options, anticipate challenges, and execute on goals as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience with translational research and early clinical strategy.
- Strong track record of research productivity, as evidenced by high-quality, impactful publications.
We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $200,000, depending on location, as well as a comprehensive total rewards package, including robust equity awards, strong benefits, and significant learning and development opportunities.
