Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate and Product Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Associate and Product Specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, guiding them through our easy 5-step sales process, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and guide them through our sales process.
  • Engage in conversation with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations.
  • Use training to assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfill their wants and needs.
  • Utilize technology to develop product and sales knowledge and become an industry professional.
  • Customize vehicle deliveries and ensure clients understand the vehicle's operational features.
  • Follow up daily on all sales leads using our CRM system.
  • Initiate and cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models.
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain a hardworking and high-energy personality throughout the workday.
  • Positive can-do mentality, eagerness to learn, and constant improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Second language is a plus.
