Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the processing of incoming vendor invoices.
  • Access electronic documents and invoicing from various vendor platforms.
  • Handle daily accounts payable inquiries and conduct research, including responding to interdepartmental questions regarding policies and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing, payment, and accounting of all trade payables, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, addressing any invoice-related issues or errors.
  • Work alongside the finance team to support a seamless month-end closing process.
  • Uphold internal controls and procedures for the accounts payable process to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
  • Review time and expense submissions.
  • Assist in the annual preparation and distribution of 1099 tax forms.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and research skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
