Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Processor to join our team at Tempositions, Inc. As an Accounts Payable Processor, you will be responsible for processing business transactions, verifying financial data, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Invoices and Payments: Verify and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all financial records are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile Bank Statements: Reconcile bank statements to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.
  • Provide Clerical Support: Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Procurement Software Experience: Utilize procurement software to process invoices, track payments, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Prepare Vouchers and Reports: Prepare vouchers and reports to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: In accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related field.
  • Procurement Software Experience: Required.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
