Position Summary: We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Vice President to enhance our client's team within the Industrials sector. This role will be pivotal in steering strategic advisory projects, nurturing client relationships, and guiding junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage strategic advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Build and sustain robust client relationships with industrial enterprises and investors.
  • Supervise financial analysis, modeling, and valuation tasks.
  • Prepare and present client proposals and strategic insights.
  • Guide and mentor junior bankers, offering support and expertise.
**Qualifications Required:**
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking or strategic advisory, particularly in the industrials sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing advisory projects.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or CFA designation is advantageous.
