- Industry Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services or investment banking within the Power & Utilities industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's complexities.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience at the Associate level in an investment or corporate banking group, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Product Knowledge: Working knowledge of core corporate and investment banking products, with a preference for Series 79/63 and CFA/CPA certifications.
