Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients, confirm personal details, insurance information, and assist with payment collection when necessary.
  • Facilitate patient check-ins and check-outs, manage appointment scheduling, and handle document scanning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting, with proficiency in EPIC.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
  • A GED or high school diploma is required.

Employment Type: Contract position for an initial duration.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

Compensation: $22.00 to $24.60 per hour
