Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Staying up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, room assignments, and guest services
