Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at HEI Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
    • Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
    • Provide accurate and timely information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Process payments, handle cash, and balance the front desk bank.
    • Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Hotel experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
