Job Title: Front Desk Agent

At LaQuinta Inn Atlanta Airport, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring they have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Assist Guests: Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately, handling payments and confirming reservations.
  • Answer Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle Guest Requests: Promptly and professionally handle guest requests, resolving issues and complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Tidy Front Desk: Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized, maintaining a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience: Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, including hotel management software, is required.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for handling guest requests and resolving issues.
  • Availability: Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
