Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and handling hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Reservation Management: Make and modify reservations, including handling room assignments and rate quotes.
  • Hotel Operations: Maintain the front desk area, handle guest inquiries, and provide information on hotel services and facilities.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain good communication with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve and handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Possess a positive and upbeat personality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk procedures and hotel software.
