We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements.
  • Prepare and review financial reports and summaries.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data entry, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
