About the RoleThis position involves managing 4 direct reports, including the AP coordinator and three staff accounts. The responsibilities also include performing month-end accounting functions and supervising daily accounting tasks such as prepaids, fixed assets, and accounts payable. Insurance background is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 4 direct reports, including the AP coordinator and three staff accounts.
- Perform month-end accounting functions.
- Supervise daily accounting functions including prepaids, fixed assets, accounts payable, etc.
- Strong full cycle accounting knowledge; stability.
- Organized, good at managing people and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a busy work setting.
- Proficient in performing tasks and managing.
Systems: GL NetSuite and Excel. Month End - 20 Calendar Days. Year End – December 31st
