Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:
* Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
* Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and ensure client needs are taken care of
* Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
* Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
* Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
* Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
* 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position
* High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
