Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities:
- Record accurate and detailed information about the type of implants needed, ensuring that the finish product meets the needs and requirements of the patient.
- Assist in coordinating billing and insurance processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in dental office management or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary:$55,000 per year
