Job Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage daily schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless communication with customers and employees.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
