Team Supervisor for Customer Experience

As a Call Center Leadership Role at Dex Imaging, you will play a critical role in shaping our customer experience strategy and driving business growth. We are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success in customer service management to join our team.
About the Job- Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service operations
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a call center environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience
