Job Title: Customer Experience Appointment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Appointment Manager at Parks Lincoln of Tampa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule service appointments, ensuring timely completion and minimal wait times.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Repair Order Filing: Accurately file repair orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating with service consultants.
  • Concierge Services: Provide exceptional concierge services, maintaining the guest lounge area and restocking beverages and snacks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Work Experience: 6-12 months of previous work experience, with a preference for industry experience and knowledge of automotive terminology.
Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000 - $68,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
