About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Champion to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for directly engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences. You'll provide expert advice on our products and services, ensuring that our customers receive personalized support and guidance throughout their journey with us.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Provide insightful product and service recommendations based on customers' individual needs and preferences.
Answer and address questions and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues in a timely and effective manner.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
