- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
- Establish and cultivate strong customer connections.
- Advocate for company products and offer technical sales assistance.
- Evaluate customer equipment requirements alongside Applications Engineers.
- Create tailored proposals addressing specific client needs.
- Advise clients on enhanced materials or machinery options.
- Conduct visits to client facilities to assess engineering and service-related challenges.
- Prepare and submit Territory Planning and CRM reports on a weekly basis.
- Engage in semiannual visits to OEM manufacturing sites internationally.
- Formulate strategic and tactical plans to meet annual sales objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams for product demonstrations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or an Associate's Degree accompanied by 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development.
- Preferred experience in machine tool sectors.
Work Environment:
Standard office setting with exposure to manufacturing facilities.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent: Travel, vehicle operation, desk work, computer and phone usage, standing, and walking.
Periodic: Various physical movements.
Occasional: Bending, squatting, stooping, reaching, and lifting items.
