Head of Customer Success and Expansion

We are seeking a Head of Customer Success and Expansion to join our team at Promote Project. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and operations of the customer success division and maximizing the execution of the team. You will also be instrumental in building and scaling our fast-growing institutional business, impacting the lives of millions of students throughout the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the CSM team to proactively engage with customers to secure renewals and drive expansion.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to build reference accounts and develop net promoter accounts.
- Use data to determine the effectiveness of the customer success team.
