Customer Relationship and Assistance Specialist

Role Overview: Become an integral part of our team as a Client Relations and Support Specialist. This position plays a vital role in nurturing robust client connections and delivering outstanding support. The successful candidate will be adept at cultivating client loyalty and addressing inquiries with a constructive attitude.
This is a full-time, hybrid role that allows for a flexible work environment. Initial training will be conducted in person to ensure comprehensive onboarding.
Working Hours: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, professionally addressing their needs and concerns
- Inform clients about our services, ensuring they recognize the benefits
- Foster client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups
- Quickly and effectively resolve client issues
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth task execution
- Gather testimonials, referrals, and online feedback
- Devise strategies to improve client satisfaction
- Analyze client feedback for service enhancement
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in client relations or a comparable role
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship building
- Positive attitude and resilience in facing challenges
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Familiarity with CRM systems
