Client Relations and Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Role Overview: Become an integral part of our team as a Client Relations and Support Specialist. This position plays a vital role in nurturing robust client connections and delivering outstanding support. The successful candidate will be adept at cultivating client loyalty and addressing inquiries with a constructive attitude.

This is a full-time, hybrid role that allows for a flexible work environment. Initial training will be conducted in person to ensure comprehensive onboarding.

Working Hours: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, professionally addressing their needs and concerns
  • Inform clients about our services, ensuring they recognize the benefits
  • Foster client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups
  • Quickly and effectively resolve client issues
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth task execution
  • Gather testimonials, referrals, and online feedback
  • Devise strategies to improve client satisfaction
  • Analyze client feedback for service enhancement
  • Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in client relations or a comparable role
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship building
  • Positive attitude and resilience in facing challenges
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
