Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their financial needs and goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty
  • Work closely with clients to understand their investment objectives and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Valid and active Series 7 license (may be obtained under a condition of employment)
  • Valid and active Series 63 license (may be obtained under a condition of employment)
  • Notary preferred
  • At least 1 year of client/customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
  • Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
