Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with the Floor Manager to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the efficient operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery, to ensure safe and productive work environments.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop warehouse staff to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet operational expectations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products are stored and displayed in accordance with company standards and HACCP guidelines.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or retail operations environment, with a proven track record of leadership and customer service excellence.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team to achieve exceptional results. Proficient in inventory management, customer service, and operations management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
