Construction Site Supervisor

We are a leading national renovation general contractor seeking a Construction Site Supervisor for our multi-family renovation projects. Our expertise spans across various sectors including Multi-family Housing, Senior Living, Student Accommodations, and Affordable Housing. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes in field construction.
- Maintain a safe working environment by conducting safety meetings and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
- Prepare daily logs and provide accurate field reports.
- Assist in negotiating and preparing subcontract agreements and managing material procurement.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and costs, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company.
- Travel may be necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- 3-5 years of relevant construction experience.
- Advanced understanding of quality standards in construction.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting, with a solid grasp of accounting principles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Background checks will be conducted.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project is highly desirable.
- OSHA (10 Hours) Safety Training certification is preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred, with a focus on Construction Management being a plus.
- Experience in multi-family and reconstruction projects is advantageous.
