Welcome to Watsco, a premier distributor in the HVAC/R sector, recognized for our extensive range of top-tier HVAC brands and products. We are currently seeking a Sales Territory Executive to manage our operations in the Southeastern Massachusetts / Cape area, specifically from our South Yarmouth branch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Engage with both existing and prospective customers through in-person visits and phone communications.
  • Effectively present our product offerings, emphasizing key features and negotiating competitive pricing.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for the designated territory while contributing to broader regional sales goals.
  • Draft and finalize sales agreements, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing any customer concerns swiftly.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales records, accurately inputting data into our systems, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote our product range.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree from an accredited two-year college or technical institution.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in HVAC Wholesale Distribution Sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, supplies, and service operations.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Quick learner of new software applications with a strong attention to detail.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current vehicle insurance.
