Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at FSI Oil & Propane Inc. As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory and creating new service and product accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their HVAC needs and preferences.
  • Sales Proposal Development: Create accurate and complete sales proposals that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Post-Sale Support: Collaborate with installation managers and installers to ensure seamless transitions and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Education: Educate prospective customers on the superior quality products and services offered by FSI Oil & Propane Inc.
  • Account Management: Continuously call on assigned accounts to build relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Lead Follow-up: Follow up with existing sales bids and leads to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information on accounts.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training on the latest industry technologies and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Support team members and peers to achieve set goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to travel to customer sites.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least two years of sales experience required, with a proven track record of success.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating.
  • Reliability and Motivation: Reliable and self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability: Able to work full-time and meet the demands of the role.
