Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance hardscape sales in your territory.
  • Participate in ongoing education programs, including esteemed Professional Sales Training and certification opportunities.
  • Leverage customized CRM and business intelligence tools to devise effective sales strategies and identify market advantages.
  • Empower dealer teams with essential training and resources to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent branding and exceptional service across all sales channels.
  • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing among internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors.
  • Maintain high standards for deliverables, focusing on visual branding and user experience.
  • Research and share innovative product placement strategies through various platforms.
  • Uphold the company's reputation as a leader in sales excellence.

Qualifications:
  • A strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within a dealer network or the hardscape/building materials sector.
  • Proven ability to develop sales action plans, analyze sales reports, and build customer relationships.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for training and meetings.
  • This role is home office-based, requiring daily on-site meetings within the designated territory.
  • Overnight travel may be necessary for sales and training purposes.
